The Client: KPMG + Microsoft Co-Pilot
The Challenge
KPMG partnered with Microsoft to co-develop an experience that brought to life the opportunities and challenges of creating and integrating Copilots across industries, business divisions, and use cases. The goal of the project, was to drive strategic outcomes and results and to accelerate widespread adoption of Microsoft Copilot by building customized, functional copilot solutions that drive individual productivity and, in turn, maximize the value of KPMG’s clients’ investments in Copilots.

The Solution
We built an experience that unfolded within an interactive AI lab where clients and
session leaders acted as “engineers” assembling and refining copilots in a futuristic
innovation lab. To this end, we created a series of interactive session modules that leveraged multimedia, slideware, embedded objects, and other assets to facilitate design exercises and bring to life the benefits and practical applications of Copilot solutions in clients’ real-world contexts.
